- This is where it all starts. Finest available blade steels, superior
bevel geometry, screaming sharp edges, optimum blade profiles, user
friendly ergonomics, professional heat treating and cryogenics.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
- Each blade is ground by hand. Each knife is assembled by hand. Compromise
is not an option when it comes to the fit and finish of my knives.
If it is not right, it never leaves my shop.
